About Us

Vision Statement

Impacting the nation through Catholic Education.

Mission

St. Didacus Catholic School was established with a dedication to bring academic excellence into the lives of learners through the Catholic Education Framework. We strive to approach education with a Catholic framework, thus allowing for the values and morals of the Church to help guide learners to become holistically developed. We pride ourselves on academic excellence. We have created a community, where learners, parents, staff and families as a whole are supported, encouraged and guided through the developmental processes their children will go through.

Values

Individual Purpose

We believe that each learner is given a purpose, and we wish to see holistic development of the tools they need to fulfill their purpose.

Academically Excellent

Because of the Catholic Framework in education, this drives us as a school to present the very best opportunities to our learners to develop their abilities to a place of excellence.

Socially Responsible

Religion does not operate in isolation. In fact, we are driven to live social lives not only in church but as examples within the community around us.

Statement of Faith

This is a breakdown of what we as St. Didacus Catholic School believe;

We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds, God from God, Light from Light, true God, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.
Who, for us men for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man.
Was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the living and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.
We believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father [and the Son]; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets.
We believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
Derived from the Nicene Creed, in 325 AD.
